So, been working on a new project - getting fit and healthy again.

I plan to publish a page with the status quo, my goals and my motivation.

In a nutshell: I ask myself: 'have I peaked?' - This question or thought is kinda scary and I want to proof myself that I have not peaked. I guess, the worst thing that can happen is that I have peaked but I still form new healthy habbits.

This feed will be hidden, but I'll link it somewhere and I'll try to publish an update once a week.
